The Plat Map:

There are three areas of neglect that require attention: graffiti, lack of landscape upkeep, and trash surrounding the buildings.
It appears that there has been graffiti clean up on the sides of the buildings in prior months. While this had not deterred the activity and more graffiti has been added, we’ve learned that the graffiti artists were apprehended and that no additional vandalism has been done. At this time some walls need to be re-painted.
If you have either the paint color names and brand or some remaining paint from the builders, please contact us so that we can better match the paint on each of the buildings.

One of the easiest ways to maintain our property value is to clean up the landscaping. The current condition of the landscape is poor. We have received a bid from a landscaper to clean up the property. This includes cleaning out the trash, removing the weeds and black berry bushes surrounding the buildings and laying down bark dust.
While we believe this will significantly improve the value of the property over the short term, we believe that routine services by the landscape company would be the best option.

The final area is that of the trash, trash cans, recycle bins and dog poop. While we believe that a routinely scheduled landscape service can assist with the cleanliness of the surroundings, it also requires the consideration of all unit dwellers. During our visit we noticed several trash cans and recycle bins haphazardly located outside of many garages as well as overall trash.
If you are a landlord, we request that you notify your renters to store their recycle bins and trash cans inside the garage, with the exception of the trash day and the night before. This will reduce clutter in the common areas and trash accidentally spilling onto the ground.

We are pleased with the result of the clean up effort so far, however, the funds we have allocated are insufficient to complete the job. To those who have contributed already; THANK YOU VERY MUCH. To those who are still waiting, we cannot continue without further support from other people. Take a look at the following pictures and you will agree that the results are well worth the small investment in your property. Your property value increases many times over the investment needed.

The invoice below is for the work already completed on the property. The total is $825.00 but more needs to be done to complete the project.
